Study On The Development Difficulties And Countermeasures Of Rural B&B In ChongQing

With the comprehensive and rapid development of China's social economy and the increasing material base of the people,the people's yearning for a better life is increasingly strong.People's demand for adjusting the living atmosphere through leisure tourism is increasing,and the rural tourism economy in China shows a trend of development in the process of growing demand.According to statistics,by the end of 2017,all kinds of rural tourism operators had reached 330,000,an increase of 10% over the previous year,and the operating revenue reached about 550 billion yuan.The rural tourism industry has shown a trend of rapid growth.As an important carrier of rural tourism,rural B&B has increasingly become one of the main ways for the public,especially urban residents,to graze the fields,relax themselves and feel the nature.ChongQing is located in the sichuan basin,the unique geographical conditions have created rich rural tourism resources,and the unique bayu culture has a long history,which has great potential for developing characteristic rural tourism,especially the characteristic rural B&B in ChongQing.In 2016,ChongQing issued the guidelines on developing rural B&B tourism(discussion draft),proposing to build 300 rural B&B demonstration villages and 5,000 rural B&B sites by the end of 2018.According to the guidance on the implementation of two years,ChongQing rural home stay facility industry got rapid development,to promote the depth of the first industry and the tertiary industry of ChongQing,linkage,multi-industry fusion together to build other industries "+" home of the new forms rural tourism economy,to solve problems "two have three guarantees",strengthen poverty engines work has played a positive and important role.However,due to the lack of scientific,systematic and standardized planning and management,the development level of rural B&B in ChongQing is uneven,and the problems of management,environment,safety and sanitation are increasingly prominent.How to position the ChongQing rural home stay facility industry,how to efficiently integrating with the first two industry,how it can be integrated into the development of rural industry fusion process,how to make the response "public entrepreneurship,peoples innovation" home business power engine,how to better provide a real demand for the masses of effective products and services,will become the ChongQing rural home stay facility development important thinking direction in the future.The first part of this paper from the macro and micro aspects,combined with the background of economic and industrial development to elaborate and analysis,pointed out that the rural home stay in ChongQing prominent advantages but obvious problems.In the second part,the relevant concepts of rural tourism,agritainment and rural homestay are sorted out,and the theories of eco-agriculture,eco-tourism and sharing economy are expounded,which lay a theoretical foundation for further research.The third part,combined with the questionnaire and interview survey on the operators and consumers of rural B&B in ChongQing,sorted out the distribution of tourism resources and market consumption of rural B&B in ChongQing,and explained the current effects and existing problems of rural B&B in ChongQing from the aspects of development,employees and classified operation.In the fourth part,the author analyzes the predicament and the root cause of the development of rural B&B in ChongQing based on the previous theory and the development status.In the fifth part,the author draws lessons from and compares the development of rural B&B in Germany,France,Japan,sichuan,guizhou,zhejiang and other countries at home and abroad,so as to find benchmark practical experience for the development of rural B&B in ChongQing.On the basis of the above research,the sixth chapter puts forward the trend judgment and countermeasure Suggestions for the development of rural home stay in ChongQing.The results show that :(1)there are prominent problems in the development of rural B&B in ChongQing,such as not outstanding regional characteristics,lack of cultural connotation in rural areas of bayu,disordered management and non-standard phenomena in the industry,and low professional service level of employees.(2)the main reasons for the development of rural B&B in ChongQing include the lack of systematic planning and brand awareness,the lack of regional culture mining mechanism,the lack of depth of the whole value chain development,and the lack of a sound training mechanism for rural B&B professionals.(3)the above problems can be fundamentally solved by taking the characteristic and branding route,constructing the mining mechanism of ChongQing's characteristic culture according to local conditions,integrating resources to promote the coordinated development of the whole industrial chain,and strengthening the construction of talents to improve the comprehensive service capacity,so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of ChongQing's rural B&B.The results of this study can provide reference for the healthy and sustainable development of rural home stay in ChongQing.
