Research On The Problems And Solutions Of Housing Resettlement In Huicheng District Of Huizhou

In recent years,With the continuous progress of urbanization in China,Housing expropriation plays a positive role in achieving urban planning and accelerating urban renewal,it also can make effective use of resources and improving the living conditions of urban residents.The work of housing expropriation and resettlement integrates with policy,mass and economy.It concerns the immediate interests of the expropriated and even going so far as to directly related to the realization of urban planning blueprint.How to promote the housing expropriation and resettlement work and protect the rights and interests of the expropriated people at the same time has always been a difficult problem.Based on the importance of the housing expropriation and resettlement in Huicheng District of Huizhou City to the development of new urbanization and urban construction in Huizhou City,Through the analysis of the data collected by the usual work and with the questionnaire and other forms to understand the people's views and suggestions on the resettlement work,It is concluded that there are still many problems in housing expropriation and resettlement.such as low standard of placement,Lack of land resources,Slow construction of housing,housing adaptation is not strong and so on.Guided by New Public Service Theory and Public Interest Theory,this paper sums up the the reasons for the problem are the imperfect system of relevant laws and regulations,the imperfect mechanism,the inadequate publicity,the insufficient disclosure of information and so on.In the end,this paper puts forward some measures of the long-term interests of the expropriated person.such as perfecting the policy mechanism,optimizing the resettlement mode,perfecting the guarantee system,setting up the propaganda platform and so on.It provides reference for the following resettlement work and helps realize the effective way of civilization harmoniously.
