As the development of social and economic productivity is accelerating,the nteraction between regions and cities within the region is becoming stronger and stronger,and the relationship is becoming more and more complicated.The development of cities is inseparable from other cities,and the trend of regional integration is becoming more and more obvious.In the process of the development of inter-city relations,competition between cities has become increasingly fierce,and cooperation has also been strengthened.Disorderly competition has led to problems such as waste of regional resources and repeated construction of urban facilities.As a product of regional development,urban agglomerations play an increasingly important role in international productivity distribution and labor regional division of labor.They play an important role in promoting the formation of a reasonable spatial layout of cities and achieving the optimal allocation of regional resources.Based on this,how to effectively coordinate the "degree" of competition and cooperation to realize the benefits of 1 + 1> 2 in the development of the region is an urgent problem to be solved in the development of the region.In this paper,we selected the central Zhejiang area(Jinhua city area)as the research object.By constructing a gravity model,we quantitatively analyzed the changes in the competitive and cooperative relationship in the central Zhejiang area since the founding of the country.Since the founding of the Ming Dynasty,the evolution of the regional competition and cooperation relationship between Zhejiang and Central China and its impact on regional development have clarified the current problems in the regional relationship between Zhejiang and Central China and proposed corresponding solutions.This paper analyzes the inter-city competition and cooperation relationship in the middle of Zhejiang through the construction of the gravitational model and the levels of government,industry,and infrastructure,and draws the following two conclusions: One is from the founding of the country to the reform and opening up to the middle of Zhejiang urban agglomeration After the proposal,the economic ties between the cities in the central Zhejiang area gradually strengthened,especially after the proposal of the central Zhejiang urban agglomeration,the economic ties have further strengthened,but the degree of economic ties between the cities is very different,there is a clear Jinhua The dual-core structure in the urban area-Lanxi and Yiwu-Dongyang.The economic ties between Jinhua City and Yiwu City have not been very strong,which has become an important factor restricting the progress of regional integration in central Zhejiang and the improvement of regional overall competitiveness.Second,after analyzing and combing the development process of the central Zhejiang area,it is found that there are obvious differences in the inter-city competition and cooperation relationship at different stages of social development.In a relatively balanced and decentralized development stage,there is less competition and cooperation between cities;in the intensive urban development stage,cooperation between cities is further strengthened,and competition has begun to appear,but overall cooperation is greater than competition;after entering the development stage of weak cities and strong counties,The interconnection gradually transformed into competition over cooperation;and at the stage of construction of a modern metropolitan area,the central Zhejiang region showed a "multi-level" development state,and competition began to change from disorder to order.In short,the central Zhejiang region has undergone isolated development with the Jinhua urban area as the growth pole from the original balanced development,then to the uneven growth of the "weak city and strong county",and finally to the "multi-center" development pattern.It
