| With the acceleration of the process of regional integration and the progress of science and technology such as transportation and information,various elements that can flow in space will be integrated among cities through traffic flow and information flow,so as to realize more effective sharing of resources in the region.In this context,a new form of space,“space of flows” has emerged,which has become a new perspective to study regional integration and urban network.The continuous development on “space of flows” accelerates the interaction between cities,and the development of urban network has become an inevitable trend of regional urban space development.At the same time,Heilongjiang province has been included in the strategic planning of Mongolia and Russia in the "one belt and one way" strategy with its own geographical advantages.Improving its own urban spatial structure plays an important role in accelerating the integration into the whole area.In 2018,a new round of urban system planning organized and carried out by Heilongjiang Province also needs to explore new development mode,explore the characteristics of its urban network and optimize it,which is of great significance to the regional integration development of Heilongjiang Province in the new era.First of all,through the three aspects of convective space,urban network and urban network based on “space of flows”,this paper collates the theoretical research of domestic and foreign literature,analyzes the achievements of existing research,and defines the concept of convective space and urban network according to the previous research,which lays the foundation for the later analysis of urban network based on space of traffic flows in Heilongjiang Province.Secondly,based on the analysis of location,administration and traffic development of Heilongjiang Province,the urban network of Heilongjiang Province is constructed on the basis of space of highway traffic flows,space of railway traffic flows and space of composite traffic flows.From the micro,medium and macro levels,from individual to local and then to the whole,the attribute characteristics of urban node and local connection characteristics of urban network are analyzed The quantitative research on the three dimensions of urban overall connection features not only identifies the micro structure of the network,but also depicts the overall characteristics of the urban network.It is found that although the characteristics of the three kinds of urban networks are different,they are basically the same.Harbin is the core growth pole,forming a single center,single level over polarized urban network,and the level of regional cooperation is not high.The local and overall connections between cities need to be strengthened.Then,from the three aspects of economic development structure,population development and urban construction,the paper constructs and extracts the driving factors index system of urban network in Heilongjiang Province,and explains the driving mechanism of urban network in Heilongjiang Province through the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis.It is found that the characteristics of urban network with Harbin as the core are economic development structure,population development and city The result of city construction driven by three factors.Finally,according to the characteristics of urban network and its driving mechanism,combined with the actual development of each city,the paper puts forward the optimization objectives of the urban network,and puts forward the optimization strategies of the urban network of Heilongjiang Province Based on the traffic flow space from the three aspects of the improvement of the urban node attribute,the promotion of the local connection of the city and the deepening of the overall connection of the city The urban system planning of Longjiang Province provides reference. |
