Research On Financial Performance Evaluation System Of Harbin Boiler Company Limited Based On DEA

With the development and prosperity of economy,performance evaluation,especially financial performance evaluation,has been paid more and more attention by enterprises and investors.The asset status,operating results and management ability of enterprises can be comprehensively presented through financial indicators.For investors,financial performance evaluation is a window for them to understand the overall performance of the enterprise.For enterprises,a set of scientific and applicable performance evaluation system can help enterprises to reflect on the risk points and advantages in the past performance,and also help enterprises to look forward to the future development of management focus,so as to improve their competitiveness more pertinently.Power plant equipment manufacturing industry is an important part of China's manufacturing industry,which not only plays an important role in promoting national economic development,but also relates to energy security and people's livelihood.Harbin Boiler Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as HBC)is the "founder" and "pacesetter" of China's power plant equipment manufacturing industry.As a state-owned enterprise,its performance is related to the maintenance and appreciation of state-owned capital.Taking it as the research object,aiming at the problem that its current financial performance evaluation system is not complete,a set of scientific and complete financial performance is constructed by using DEA method The evaluation system can help them to better carry out performance management,comprehensively grasp their own business performance,and at the same time,combine with the strategic objectives to seek more targeted development of enterprises.On the basis of combing and drawing lessons from a large number of domestic and foreign relevant literature,combined with the field research on HBC and the theoretical knowledge of accounting,financial management,economics,operational research and other disciplines,this paper points out the problems in the current financial performance evaluation of HBC,selects the currently advanced efficiency evaluation method,data envelopment analysis,and comprehensively selects the financial performance evaluation.On the basis of indicators,factor analysis is used to build a targeted indicator system for HBC,and DEA model is selected to build a more accurate,applicable and efficient financial performance evaluation system for HBC.The feasibility and necessity of the system are proved by substituting the data of HBC into the model for practical application,and the results are compared and analyzed horizontally and vertically.Then suggestions for the implementation of the system are put forward.Through this paper,we can provide a representative and reference case for the performance evaluation of manufacturing enterprises,and enrich the theory and Application Research of performance evaluation.
