As the second largest economy in the world,China has taken a path of development with Chinese characteristics,and it is full of uncertain global economy,the market competition is extremely fierce.The management of human resources is directly related to the development and vitality of enterprises.Recruitment,as an important part of human resource management,is becoming more and more important in human resource management of enterprises.As the backbone of enterprises,middle-level managers affect the development and operation of enterprises.Therefore,the recruitment of middle-level managers is particularly important.This paper takes group A,a high-tech enterprise,as an example,studies the recruitment of middle-level managers in Group A through literature analysis,behavioral event interviews,business practices and related data.First of all,the paper explains the backdrop and purport of this topic,and through the research results of experts and scholars at home and abroad related theoretical research to make a sort and summary.It states the general idea,research methods,research content and paper framework of this study.Secondly,combined with the actual situation of Group A,this paper introduces the development,organizational structure and personnel of Group A,excavates the problems existing in the recruitment of middle-level managers of Group A,and deeply analyses the causes of the problems.Thirdly,aiming at the characteristics of Group A,this paper explores a set of Recruitment Scheme for middle-level managers of Group A,which covers four parts: recruitment,selection,recruitment and evaluation.It firmly grasps the characteristics of middle-level managers that meet the needs of Group A,so as to achieve the effect of enhancing the matching degree of personnel and posts.Finally,the paper puts forward the corresponding safeguard measures for the recruitment scheme,in order to achieve the goal of the successful implementation of the recruitment scheme.In the conclusion part,the main conclusions of this study will be elaborated,and the shortcomings of the study will be summarized and prospected.Through the establishment of recruitment scheme,we hope that it can play a reference role in the recruitment of middle-level managers in high-tech enterprises,improve the effectiveness of recruitment,save recruitment costs,and strive to improve the competitiveness of Group A and achieve the strategic objectives of the enterprise.
