Human resource strategic planning is to transform the business strategy and goal into manpower demand,analyze and formulate some specific objectives of human resource management in the perspective of enterprise's overall lead and quantization.The aim of human resource strategy planning is to balance the supply and demand of human resources of the organization and ensure the long-term sustainable and individual benefit of the organization.The rapid development of the Internet has caused great changes in the market environment and people's consumption concept.It also tests the competitive power of enterprises,especially private enterprises.Though,the organizational structure of the private enterprise easier to adapt to changing market conditions,but for the development of private enterprises pay more attention to the pursuit of enterprises in the development initial period in the current economic goals,and ignore the enterprise human resource strategic planning problems in sustainable development.Though,our country is a human resource power,but because of the influence of employment concept,high quality human resources are more likely to flow to the state-owned enterprises or civil servants,and private enterprises,especially small private enterprises to obtain high quality human resource is not an easy thing,so that the development of private enterprises in a certain scale,its core competitiveness of human resources is relatively passive.This paper takes CX,a small private enterprise in development,as an example to study the strategic planning of human resources.CX company is a typical knowledge-based developing private enterprise,mainly engaged in the design of municipal roads,Bridges,etc.The company was established in 2012,and the number of employees from the early stage of the establishment of the company is from 3 to 20 so far.The annual operating profit has increased from 5 million yuan in the initial stage to 15 million yuan in annual operating profit.The company plans to increase its annual operating profit to 30 million yuan within the next five years,and the business scope is to be expanded by the existing single road and bridge design into the road,bridge planning,design and other business.At present,the company's internal management is still in the extensive management mode,the company was established in the early stages of the focus on the development of the market,while ignoring the internal management,with the development of the company,together with the target of our company in the next five years,the company development strategy for human resource management is put forward the following requirements: the strategic emphasis in the future is in the process of production doubled,extracted from culture development and the external market has knowledge and understanding of modern enterprise management and the theory of solid and rich practical experience of professional and technical personnel.To be able to adapt to the modern market economy and CX company's overall development strategy.According to the characteristics of the CX company's human resources management and human resources to the company's request,this article will combine the theory of human resources strategic planning related CX company human resources strategic planning study and discussion,and find out the corresponding solution measures and development for the company to provide a set of effective human resources management plan.According to the characteristics of the CX company's human resources management and human resources to the planning.This paper expounds the importance of human resource strategic planning in enterprise management through the review of human resources strategic planning and the related theoretical basis.Secondly,combing the current situation and problems of human resources of CX company.Based on CX company human resources structure,quantity and quality of the comb,in combination with the development strategy of enterprises in the next five years,in-depth analysis of the company on the problems existing in the human resource strategy planning,including staffing and recruitment problems,training and development issues,corporate culture issues;Third,based on the analysis of existing problems of CX company human resources,using micro integration means and description methods,forecasting demand for CX company human resources,on the basis of the result of the human resource demand forecasting for the supply of human resource forecast,CX company eventually seek out over the next five years human resources supply and demand balance,and develop human resources strategic planning and safeguard measures,human resource strategic planning including;Human resource acquisition and relocation plan,employee training and development plan,the establishment of the strategic compensation system,enterprise culture establishment and human resource management information system establishment,safeguard measures include: organization security,cultural security,system security and guarantee of funds.The research results of this paper have reference value for the establishment of human resources strategic planning of CX company,which has certain reference significance to the improvement of human resources strategy planning in similar developing private enterprises.
