In recent years,the Internet has developed rapidly in various fields,and e-commerce has entered a golden development period.The scope of the industry is also expanding.The fastest growing segment is e-commerce for primary agricultural products.In 2018,China's e-commerce market for primary agricultural products reached RMB 1950 billion,an increase of 40.15% year on year.E-commerce of primary agricultural products has a bright future,but according to the data of China E-Commerce Research Center(100BC.CN): among more than 4000 fresh agricultural products e-commerce companies,loss making companies account for 95% and only 1% of them are profitable.Therefore,how to make profits and realize long-term stable and healthy development of e-commerce enterprises of primary agricultural products is a big problem for business operators.Han Changfu,Minister of the Ministry of agriculture of China,pointed out at the big data seminar of agricultural e-commerce that "it is of great significance to explore the agricultural e-commerce in the primary agricultural food business model,price formation mechanism,value-added industry chain and technological innovation." Q company is a primary agricultural e-commerce company in the rapid development stage.Since its establishment in 2014,the company has been focusing on e-commerce of primary agricultural products and is a representative growth company in the industry.For the primary agricultural e-commerce companies,the core of the profit model is value creation,which is a way to obtain profits.From the point of view of finding and solving problems,this paper combines theory with practice,takes the company's profit model as the research object,analyzes the elements of the company's profit model,evaluates the financial effect,and finds the existing problems of the company.In view of these problems,through the linear correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis,find out the contribution degree of the relevant indicators of the company's profit model to the profitability,as a starting point,put forward reasonable suggestions to improve the company's performance,and provide some references for other primary agricultural e-commerce companies and companies intending to enter the field of primary agricultural e-commerce.
