Research On The Development Of Agricultural Products E-commerce Operation Of Company A

China is a big agricultural country,but the development of agricultural modernization has been difficult,agricultural products are difficult to sell,has been plagued by rural development.China has been in a leading position in the development of Internet e-commerce.However,due to the relatively low cultural level of personnel in the industrial chain of agricultural e-commerce platform,poor working environment,imperfect logistics system,lack of talents in the industrial chain and many other reasons,agricultural e-commerce platform encountered various difficulties in the operation and development process.Based on the perspective of e-commerce of agricultural products in the context of China’s Internet development,this paper studies and comprehensively analyzes the operation and development of e-commerce platform of agricultural products of company a from the perspectives of time,space and process,and finds out the key problems that affect and restrict the operation and development of the platform,namely: the innovation of e-commerce mode of agricultural products of company a,the operation strategy of e-commerce platform of agricultural products of company a Agricultural products e-commerce service system,agricultural products e-commerce talent management.In the process of writing,this paper uses the analysis methods,strategic analysis tools and management tools of MBA course to analyze a series of problems encountered in the operation and development of e-commerce of agricultural products of company a one by one,and combined with the case analysis and relevant laws and regulations of the development status of e-commerce of agricultural products in China,As well as a company’s agricultural e-commerce platform in recent years of historical operation data analysis and research,found out the root cause of the four problems of a company.Based on the detailed analysis of the problems existing in the operation and development of the agricultural products e-commerce platform of company a,eight solutions are proposed respectively for the above four problems,including increasing the input of mode innovation resources,increasing the input of mode education resources,strengthening the community operation and fission activities,strengthening the methods of user retention and transformation,building the agricultural products e-commerce logistics system,improving the quality of agricultural products e-commerce platform,and improving the quality of agricultural products e-commerce platform The construction of e-commerce financial service system for agricultural products,the solution for the rising wage cost of employees,and the solution for professional talents of a company.The proposed solutions can effectively solve the problems encountered in the operation and development of a company.
