A Study On The Factors Influencing The Poverty Alleviation Of Poor Families With Labor Force From The Perspective Of Family Development Ability

Targeted poverty alleviation is an important hand in building a well-off society in an all-round way.How to improve the endogenous development power of poor households is the key link to win the battle of poverty alleviation.The research shows that family development ability plays a positive role in population development and economic and social development,and it is also an important basis to investigate and measure the effective development of a group,a region or a country.Therefore,in the work of targeted poverty alleviation,improving the development ability of poor families with labor force can speed up the pace of poverty alleviation and consolidate the results of poverty alleviation,which is of great practical significance to eliminate the hidden dangers of poverty,prevent new poverty factors and return to poverty.Based on the theory of Amartya Sen's ability poverty and the theory of sustainable livelihood analysis,this paper studies the five dimensions of family development ability by reading a large number of domestic and foreign related literature on targeted poverty alleviation and family development ability,including five dimensions of family characteristics,family human capital,economic capital accumulation ability,resource development and utilization ability and self-development awareness Degree has a significant impact on the effect of poverty alleviation.D county has the typical characteristics of poverty-stricken mountainous counties in Guangdong Province.It is faced with such problems as low urbanization rate,heavy task of rural basic reinforcement,weak industrial development foundation,weak talent gathering capacity,relatively dense distribution of poverty-stricken population,and poverty alleviation effect of poor households still to be improved.Therefore,the author uses the form of questionnaire to investigate the poor households with labor force in D County,and uses SPSS software to analyze the questionnaire results.Through the statistical results,it is found that each factor has a significant impact on the poverty alleviation effect of the poor households with labor force in different degrees,among which the number of family population,the maximum number of years of education for the labor force,and the confidence of poverty alleviation and prosperity have a significant impact on the poverty alleviation effect of the poor households with labor force.Furthermore,it is concluded that the characteristics of the poor families,the lack of human capital,the poor accumulation of economic capital,and the weak ability to develop and utilize resources all have a negative impact on the poverty alleviation effect of the poor families,while the self-development consciousness has a positive impact on the poverty alleviation effect of thepoor families.Combined with the specific situation of D County,the author puts forward countermeasures and suggestions focusing on improving the long-term mechanism to implement the policy guarantee of poverty-stricken households,strengthening the education poverty alleviation,giving full play to the advantages of ecological resources,strengthening the ideological poverty alleviation and strengthening the financial poverty alleviation,so as to stimulate the endogenous development power of poverty-stricken households with labor force and make the poverty alleviation "hematopoietic" function stronger,so as to promote the labor force in D county The poor households effectively eliminate absolute poverty and achieve the goal of a well-off society in an all-round way simultaneously with the whole province.
