Food safety is an important factor related to people's health and food safety,which can not be ignored under any circumstances.With the increasing level of economic development,people's diet structure has changed,and the proportion of purchased food to meet daily needs is higher and higher.Whether an effective food safety management system is established in the production,processing and circulation of purchased food has a direct impact on food safety.However,some food enterprises also repeatedly burst out food safety problems,and every year there will be some shocking food safety events,which will cause adverse effects on people's health.How to establish a perfect food safety management system is faced to us.In this paper,the A company factory,one of the world's four major grain group,is taken as the research object to optimize its food safety management system and explore the establishment of a replicable and popularized food safety management system model.I hope the research of this paper can provide some methods and reference for food enterprises.Firstly,it introduces the international advanced food safety standards such as HACCP,ISO,GFSI,etc.on the basis of the research on the theory of HACCP hazard analysis and critical control point in this paper,it analyzes the domestic and foreign advanced experience in the field of food safety,summarizes the theoretical research overview of food safety management.Secondly,this paper investigates the status,production,operation of the food safety management system and the problems existing in the food safety management of Acompany.Based on the in-depth investigation of relevant materials,it explores the optimization opportunities of the company's food safety management system.Thirdly,by analyzing the current situation and existing problems of A company in the construction of food safety management system,this paper puts forward the specific optimization principles and objectives,the overall framework and main contents of the optimization of the current food safety management system,and discusses the difficulties of the optimization,such as data collection and analysis,measures confirmation and validation of food safety management plan,etc.Finally,from the five aspects of establishing the "top leader" project of food safety,improving the human resource guarantee system,establishing the food safety monitoring and assessment system,establishing the food safety culture,and strengthening the consumer food safety education,the paper systematically puts forward the guarantee measures for the implementation of the food safety management system of A company.
