Research On The Level Of Urban-rural Integration Development In Nanchong

The integration of urban and rural areas is the inevitable result of the development of contemporary social productive forces and the general trend of the development of human social civilization.The relationship between urban and rural areas from urban and rural confrontation,urban-rural coordination,urban-rural integration,and then to fusion development,which is a kind of inheritance,but also a deepening.Under the background of the rural revitalization strategy,urban-rural relationship has entered a new stage of development in China.In order to ensure the sustainable and healthy development of the economy and society,we must take the road of urban-rural integration well.As the center city of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic zone in the north and the regional center city of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration,Nanchong occupies an important position.Taking Nanchong as the research unit,it reveals the spatial-temporal characteristics of urban-rural integration development in Nanchong,which not only fills the blank of the spatiotemporal evolution of urban and rural integration development in Nanchong,but also provides a certain reference for Nanchong to solve the problem of unbalanced and inadequate development and promotes the sustainable and healthy economic development of Nanchong.In addition,it is of great significance to the economic development of Chengdu-Chongqing economic zone and Sichuan province.This paper takes Nanchong and its 7 regions as the research unit.From the perspective of time and space,it explores the spatial-temporal characteristics of the urban-rural integration development from 2007 to 2017.First of all,20 indicators were selected from five aspects,including the economic,social,ecological and other aspects,to construct the evaluation index system of urban-rural integration development.The entropy method was used to calculate the index weight,and the weighted algorithm was used to obtain the level of integrated development in Nanchong and each region from 2007 to 2017.The characteristics of its time series were analyzed.Then,based on the level of urban-rural integration in Nanchong,the gray prediction model was established,and its development trend was predicted by MATLAB software.Secondly,based on the obtained urban-rural integration and development levels in Nanchong and various regions,the coefficient of variation and Theil index were used to analyze the spatial differences of urban-rural integration and development in Nanchong.Finally,it summarizes the existing problems of urban-rural integration development in Nanchong based on the actual situation and analysis results,and then puts forward relevant suggestions.The results show that:(1)From the perspective of time and based on the municipal level,the overall trend of urban-rural integration in Nanchong from 2007 to 2017 is good.The development trend of urban and rural integration in all dimensions is from low quality to high quality.Except for the social integration,the development of other dimensions is relatively synchronous.Based on the county level,the urban and rural integration level of the municipal district and Yingshan has decreased as a whole,while the rest of the county has increased as a whole.However,Yingshan and Yilong have a downward trend in the later development.In the same region,the development of each dimension of urban and rural integration is not synchronized.In different regions,the development trends of each dimension are quite different.From the weak situation,the development of municipal district,Langzhong and Nanbu in spatial integration is not enough.Xichong,Peng'an,and Langzhong are facing the downward pressure of economy.Yilong and Xichong need further development in terms of ecological integration.Yingshan and Yilong in social integration need to be improved.Based on the prediction results,the urban-rural integration development of Nanchong shows a steady growth trend and its development potential needs to be improved in the future.(2)From the perspective of space,this paper analyzed the overall pattern of urban-rural integration development differences.It finds that the differences of urban-rural integration development in Nanchong generally show a downward trend,but there is an upward trend in the later period,which indicates that the coordinated development of various regions still to be paid close attention to.In terms of the integration of different dimensions,the differences in the development of urban-rural ecology and the integration of main functions have risen as a whole,and the development trend of social integration has shown an upward trend in the later period,which indicates that the imbalance of regional development in the integration of urban and rural ecology,society and main functions is prominent.By analyzing the characteristics of spatial differences,it founds that during the same period,the levels of urban-rural integration development in different regions are different,and there are some worries about its steady development.The polarization trend between municipal district and Yilong is obvious,and the problem of regional uncoordinated development is very prominent.In terms of the integration of different dimensions,the development level of each period is different.The highest level region of urban and rural main function,economic and ecological integration is municipal district.Except for the spatial integration,the lowest level region of urban and rural integration is Yilong,and the trend of polarization is obvious.(3)Based on the difficulties in the development of urban-rural integration in Nanchong,the problem of semi-urbanization in different places is severe,its development momentum is insufficient,and the development of equal access to basic public services is not optimistic.At the same time,regional development varies greatly,and the polarization effect is significant.In view of its development difficulties,this paper proposes to promote the free flow of factors,propel the integrated development of industry and city,improve the basic public service system of urban and rural areas,and coordinate regional development to solve the problem of urban-rural integrated development in Nanchong.
