As an important livelihood project for the construction of urban ecological civilization and the creation of people's happiness of life,the green transformation of old and old residential areas is an important way to save energy,reduce emissions,protect the environment,improve the living environment and promote urban renewal.By May 2019,China has a huge stock of old residential areas,with about 160,000 old residential areas in need of renovation nationwide,and 100,000 old residential areas with aging infrastructure and poor environment,affecting the living life of 120 million people.Therefore,green renovation and promotion of old residential areas are urgent.At present,the green transformation of old residential areas in China is still in the stage of development and promotion.Under the strong promotion of the policy,although certain effects have been achieved,the scientific evaluation of the green transformation effect of old residential areas has also become the new focus of social concern.Therefore,from the perspective of the government,scientific and reasonable evaluation of the comprehensive benefits of green transformation of old residential areas has become a key issue to be solved.Aiming at this practical problem,the following researches are carried out in this paper:(1)Establish a comprehensive benefit evaluation index system for green renovation of old residential areas.In view of the lack of green of older communities comprehensive benefit evaluation index system of this problem,this paper USES the method of grounded theory to old district/existing buildings related literature and web search,live built hall related personnel data and interview with experts and scholars as raw materials,to open coding,axial coding,select type coding as well as the theory ofreliability and saturation test,it is concluded that five main categories:Cost,technical,economic,ecological,social,26 indicators initial index system,and then to live built hall staff questionnaires,field experts,scholars,using expert value judgment,principal component analysis and correlation analysis of index screening,finally determine the contains five types,old village green transformation of 21 indicators comprehensive benefit evaluation index system and explanation of various indicators.(2)The matter-element extension evaluation model for the comprehensive benefit of green reconstruction in old residential areas is constructed.First respectively determine the quantitative basis of 21 evaluation index,especially in the quantitative analysis of ecological and social benefits,no longer single measured from the point of view of economy,is no longer purely subjective ratings,but combining with the characteristics of the content of the green of older communities,the evaluation index system and the existing evaluation standard and its calculation formula is deduced and the guideline values,and carries on the nonlinear dimensionless processing,makes qualitative and quantitative indexes of form unified evaluation index value;Then AHM(attribute analytic hierarchy process)and entropy weight method were used to weight each index respectively.Finally,determine the classical field matter-element matrix to determine the joint domain matrix,to review the matter-element model is established to calculate the correlation coefficient and correlation degree to determine the comprehensive benefit evaluation grade five steps to construct the comprehensive benefit of green of older communities matter-element extension evaluation model,and with the help of MATLAB software programming,realize the matter-element extension evaluation model for the empirical analysis.(3)The superior grade of comprehensive benefit in the case is evaluated.By choosing a city green old village renovation project,what you did to the project overview and a brief introduction to the green transformation measures,analyzes its various aspects comprehensive benefits,and according to the above to build the green of older communities of comprehensive benefit evaluation model,using the MATLAB software output relational grade of each index,the comprehensive benefits of the green renovation project of a rating,analysis the project for the optimal comprehensive benefit level,relevant countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward based on theevaluation results analysis.
