With the development of enterprise digitalization in full swing,new technologies and ideas emerge in endlessly,which promotes the continuous development of enterprise digitalization transformation.The application of digital technology,from the perspective of budgetary expenditure,maturity,technological capabilities and so on,brings enterprises: The first is the innovation of decision-making mode.The second is business process innovation,including the efficiency of process services and the use of digital related assets.The third is the innovation of enterprise’s own production and service,which is actually a change of business model,including the innovation rate of product and service,the capitalization of data,the industrial chain or ecosphere formed by the opening of data,including the governance of data,the innovation of user experience,the innovation of profit model and the innovation of work resources.However,at present,there are still some problems in enterprise digital project management,such as less experience,great financial pressure,many departments across,and the concept is not easy to change,which have a lot of adverse effects on the project management assembly.This article takes C company’s product support digital platform project schedule management as the research object,and introduces and analyzes the project schedule in detail through the project schedule management theory.The key research contents include the following aspects: First,at the beginning of the study,the research and explanation of domestic and foreign project progress management and digitalization related field knowledge were elaborated,and the relevant theories focused on the research of project progress management and project management theory and the application of digital technology.It is used as a theoretical basis to carry out theoretical analysis and research on the progress of C company’s product support digital platform project.Second,the use of project schedule management research methods to formulate the overall plan of the project schedule plan,mainly involving the work structure decomposition method,critical path method,plan review technology and Gantt chart method,through different project schedule research methods for the project schedule plan Multi-dimensional research to ensure the rationality and rigor of the project schedule.Third,through the use of Eteams software to monitor and adjust the progress of the project,establish a complete management system for the progress of the project,promptly discover progress deviations,and adjust and optimize the progress of the project in a targeted manner so that the project progress meets the project’s set time target.Finally,combined with the characteristics of the project itself,it is determined that the project implementation safeguards will provide reliable resources and environmental protection for the implementation of the project schedule.Fully apply project progress management knowledge in the project progress research of C company’s product support digital platform,solve project progress problems in a timely manner,optimize project schedule plan,manage and summarize project plans and tables,and implement method summary analysis to support digitalization of C company products Platform projects provide practical experience and methods for project schedule management.
