Lean is a very hot word,recognized by most enterprises in the world.Lean production can improve the efficiency,reduce the cost,and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the market.Many enterprises have improved their profits in short time through lean production,but most enterprises' lean production only stays on the surface and lacks enough depth to support the sustainable development.Enterprises that have carried out lean production are also facing a serious problem.It is difficult to maintain and continuously improve the effect of lean.The reason is that enterprises do not identify their own needs according to the company's development strategy,and lack of guarantee system for continuous improvement.In this thesis,the main tools and methods of lean thinking are sorted out according to the enterprise management requirements of N compressor company.Case analysis method,experience summarization method,expert interview method and other research methods are adopted to provide a complete set of feasible plans for lean development of various enterprises in combination with relevant theories and practical investigation and analysis.The conclusions in this thesis are as follows: from the perspective of management,lean improvement is carried out on enterprise costs by reducing labor costs,equipment costs,material costs,utility costs and energy costs;Through quality inspection,quality control and quality prevention,the company carries out total quality management,which extends from in-factory quality management to out-of-factory quality management to improve the overall quality level.Combined with various talent training tools,carry out multi-functional training,improve production flexibility and ensure the fulfillment of orders.From the difficulty of management through lean organizational structure adjustment,according to the path of lean production promotion,combined with lean talent cultivation,to provide basic guarantee for lean improvement;National lean dual-track system,continuous improvement to improve the effectiveness of enterprise lean improvement,3Q6 S to ensure the maintenance of lean improvement.The research model and implementation method involved in this thesis have a certain theoretical and practical basis,including the refinement of lean production method,the establishment of lean guarantee mechanism,and the nationwide lean mechanism,which has very strong usability,and has a strong practical guiding significance for the same type of enterprises.
