An Empirical Study On Trust And Cooperation Between Enterprises In The Business Ecosystem

With the development of information technology,the links between economic entities are getting closer and closer.Enterprises realize that cooperation will become an important way for enterprises to obtain external resources and enhance their strategic management and innovation capabilities.Future competition will evolve into business ecosystem competition.In the business ecosystem,enterprise relationships are very complex,and there is no effective incentive and restraint mechanism.Trust between enterprises can increase the level of cooperation and reduce complexity and uncertainty.Provide a basis for business cooperation.Most of the existing studies have analyzed the influencing factors of corporate cooperative relations from a static perspective,while few studies have analyzed the internal driving forces for the formation of corporate cooperative relations at various stages from a dynamic perspective.Therefore,this article will study the trust relationship and cooperation behavior between enterprises in the business ecosystem based on the perspective of enterprise needs,in order to provide some reference for the establishment of cooperation in the business ecosystem.This article discusses the issues of trust and cooperation between enterprises in the business ecosystem based on the perspective of bus enterprise needs.First,it summarizes relevant theories and concepts,and divides the needs of enterprises into four levels:survival,order,ethics,and self-actualization;puts forward the factors that affect the cooperative relationship of enterprises in the business ecosystem: relationship interests,communication,common values,Special asset investment and trust.Secondly,by analyzing the relationship between trust and other influencing factors and cooperative behavior,trust is selected as an intermediate variable for research,and a hypothesis model is constructed based on the needs of the enterprise.Thirdly,SPSS and AMOS software are used for hypothesis testing and empirical analysis to reveal the cooperative behavior paths of enterprises in different levels of business ecosystem.Finally,according to the different cooperative behavior paths of enterprises at different needs levels,the cooperation relationship between enterprises in the business ecosystem is matched,and management inspirations for enhancing trust between enterprises and improving cooperation level are proposed according to the characteristics of enterprises at different needs levels.
