More than 30 years of reform and opening-up,the private economy has become an important part of national economy,the development of private enterprises,are from the early in vulgar management to a more reasonable and more scientific direction.In the era of intensifying competition,private enterprises pressure,formation and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises is increasingly rely on human resources to achieve.Many private entrepreneurs are in reality,however,has a "capital hire labor" ideas and cronyism way of choose and employ persons,especially for marketing talents is to promote "to" and "performance",off-the-shelf,only focus on results,in the market,leading to many private enterprises in the development to a certain stage will be faced with severe crisis.Kemen surface companies in terms of marketing talent selection also encountered similar problems.This article follows the research background and significance,theoretical foundation and literature review,the present s ituation,problems and reasons analysis,logical sequence of improved design and its implementation measures correctly prose.Using the literature research,questionnaire survey method and depth interviews and other research methods,through reviewing dome stic and international competence and the model and the related research results,guided by the theory of competency model,combining the theory of qualification,and the theory of evaluation center theory as a foundation,analyzed the Kemen industry compa ny marketing talent selection existing problems and its reason;Combined with the company strategic target,talent selection system improvement for the scheme design;Kemen surface was put forward industry company marketing personnel competency model metho d,and to try in the talent selection practice application.Taking Kemen surface of provinces company marketing manager position competency model as an example,through the establishment of the competency model and application in practice,can get the foll owing conclusion: Kemen surface companies establish marketing post competency model,marketing talent selection for the company to provide more scientific and reasonable basis;Model is decomposed into evaluation index,technical indicators to determine ev aluation,and establish a qualified or outstanding line based on the characteristics of the company,through the evaluation and test the actual level of marketing staff,intuitively,scientifically identify marketing talent,found that the lack of staff en gaged in the marketing ability and quality,can make scientific talent selection scheme.Although Kemen industry company of the establishment and application of competency model is a systematic,long-term and dynamic job,but the measures to improve the Kem en surface industry company personnel management level and promote the further development,and provides reference for enterprise talent quality distinguish standard,type of domestic private enterprises have certain reference and enlightenment.
