The Current Situation Of Horticultural Product Standardization In Fujian Province And Its Existing Problems And Countermeasures

Agricultural standardization is an important part of modern agricultural construction and an important guarantee measure for food safety.Under the general environment where consumers pay more and more attention to food safety,the promotion of agricultural standardization as an important guarantee measure for food safety is extremely urgent.In Fujian province,horticultural products output value accounts for more than 70%,playing an extremely important role in agricultural products.Therefore,the implementation of the standardization of horticultural products has become the only way for the development of horticultural industry in Fujian province.The standardized construction of horticultural products promotes the rational,effective and full utilization of resources,which has far-reaching significance for enhancing the domestic and international competitiveness of horticultural products in Fujian province,ensuring people's food safety and protecting the ecological environment.Within horticultural products,based on the standardized certification in pollution-free agricultural products,green food,organic products,geographical indications of agricultural products,and the construction of standardized production bases for green food raw materials,by using the means of literature survey,field research,visit and discussion,this articlecomprehensively investigated and analyzed current status and existing problems of the standardized construction for horticultural products.In addition,the countermeasures were put forward.The main research findings are as follows:1.Based on the investigation of the development of horticultural products standardization through domestic and overseas,this article analyzed the development,effect and trend of international,domestic and Fujian provincial horticultural products standardization,respectively:(1)Summarizes and introduces major international standardization organizations related to planting industry such as ISO,CAC,FAO,etc.;(2)Taking the development of organic products in developed countries such as the United States,the European Union,and Japan as an example,analyze the standardization of horticultural products in developed countries;(3)Sorted out the process from the start to the rapid development of China's horticultural product standardization;(4)Take Shandong,Zhejiang,Jiangsu and other provinces as examples to analyze the general situation of the rapid development stage of domestic horticultural products;(5)It combed the four historical stages of the development of horticultural product standardization in Fujian Province.2.The current status of Fujian's horticultural product standardization construction:(1)pollution-free horticultural agricultural products accountfor the highest proportion in Fujian agricultural product certification,with the development of the industry,it is expected to become the market access standard;(2)the number of green horticultural product certification is increasing year by year,It shows that the quality and safety of horticultural products are constantly improving;(3)Due to the market-oriented operation model of organic agricultural product certification,although there is a unified national standard,but the supervision is not in place,the market is more confusing.Relatively few products;(4)Fujian Province geographical indication horticultural product registration protection and green food raw material standardization production base construction work has received attention from governments at all levels,and has become an important way for Fujian horticultural product standardization construction.3.The achievements of the standardization construction of horticultural products in Fujian Province:(1)opened a new way for the construction of ecological agriculture;(2)promoted the formation of provincial,municipal and county agricultural product inspection systems;The traceability system "one product,one code" was established.4.Select typical cases of horticultural product standardization construction in Fujian Province,and analyze the main practices and achievements of type companies in the implementation of horticultural product standardization construction:(1)improve economic efficiency;(2)promote ecological protection;(3)promote production technology;(4)Promote the improvement of production equipment;(5)Promote the improvement of product quality;(6)Promote industrial development and extension of the industrial chain;(7)Improve brand awareness.5.Combined with the analysis of typical cases,the main problems in the standardization of horticultural products in Fujian Province were raised:(1)insufficient attention to horticultural product quality certification;(2)insufficient brand building of horticultural products;(3)professional technical knowledge Not high;(4)Insufficient government support and inadequate supervision and management mechanisms;(5)Related standards for horticultural products have limitations and revisions are not timely.6.Corresponding countermeasures were proposed for the main problems in the standardization of horticultural products in Fujian Province:(1)attach great importance to the certification of horticultural products;(2)cultivate horticultural product brands and promote the standardization of horticultural products;(3)improve the professional knowledge and skills of practitioners Level;(4)Further strengthen support and improve the supervision and management mechanism;(5)Improve the efficiency of the formulation and revision of related standards for horticultural products.
