Discussion On Constructing Food Prevention System Of Agricultural Trade Between Fujian And Taiwan

Due to the destiny of geography, kinship, culture, business and law, Fujian and Taiwan have had communication in trade and culture for a long time. Since 1979,with the implementation of active and positive policies toward Chinese Taiwan,trade relationship between Fujian and Taiwan have been restored and developed. Toward Taiwan agricultural trade Fujian is not only priority in policy but also a pilot, so that agricultural trade between Fujian and Taiwan has been at the forefront of the motherland and has entered a positive phase of development. In the context of good development of agricultural trade, but they are emerging food safety problems in agricultural trade, which affect development of agricultural trade between the two places.This thesis from five processes of agricultural trade analyzes food safety problems in the processes of agricultural trade between Fujian and Taiwan, complying with the prevailing world food safety prevention method, food prevention system of agricultural trade between Fujian and Taiwan is constructed. First, from the cross-strait agricultural trade, food safety, food safety in the agricultural trade three aspects, existing studies have been summarized. Based on the summary this thesis has clear research meaning; In the narrative history of agricultural trade between Fujian and Taiwan the status of agricultural trade between Fujian and Taiwan were analyzed from six aspects; according to agricultural trade processes, from planting, breeding, packing, transportation, storage, sales , this thesis analyzes food safety problems from five processes in the agricultural trade between Fujian and Taiwan; using prevailing world food safety prevention method——risk analysis, from risk assessment, risk management, risk communication and exchange three aspects, food prevention system of agricultural trade between Fujian and Taiwan is constructed.In addition, this thesis uses the relevant theoretical knowledge of international trade, agricultural trade, food security, and crisis warning, risk analysis, the People's Republic of agricultural products quality safety law, food safety law and so on comprehensively.
