2017 is a critical period for the implementation of the national intellectual property strategy.From the perspective of the development of the national IP industry,we are gradually and steadily achieving the national IP strategy goal in 2020.In view of the development of the IP market,various national policies and regulations have been issued rapidly,and the social,economic and cultural environment is constantly changing.These changes,directly or indirectly affect the development of IP agency.This paper strives to help HYD company out of the current development difficulties,and puts forward reference suggestions for the company's development strategy planning,so that the company can develop rapidly and steadily,obtain higher profits,and better serve the cause of IP protection.Based on the domestic and foreign strategic management research theories,this paper carries out a comprehensive analysis of the current internal and external environment of HYD company.The core value chain of the company is summarized,and the core competitiveness of the company is clarified.Then,SWOT-AHP are combined to analyze the strategy of HYD company,and then alternative strategies are obtained.Finally,combining HYD's own development vision and mission,we find out the optimal development strategy and guarantee its implementation.Among them,the author gives Suggestions on the strategic plan from four aspects: differentiated marketing strategy,operation promotion strategy,talent cultivation strategy and cooperative strategy;Opinions on safeguard measures include the company's overall management,talent management,marketing management and risk control.
