| With the rapid development of China’s economy,the system integration industry has been booming.Because of the characteristics of system integration project,its project management requirements are high.However,most of the small and medium-sized system integration enterprises in the industry,their actual project management ability often fails to meet the requirements of system integration project management,and the project implementation effect is unsatisfactory.Among them,project schedule management is regarded as the most common problem.Project schedule management problems are often caused by many factors.It is necessary to put forward a complete and systematic solution to the influencing factors of the problems.Based on the existing project management theory and the research on the current situation of the progress management process of system a integration project in G company,this paper points out that the problems of the progress management in the case project mainly include:unreasonable project organization structure and system,inadequate project schedule and implementation,lack of reasonable and effective supplier management,lack of effective project progress control and implementation The technical ability of the construction team is insufficient.On the basis of clarifying the objectives and principles of schedule management optimization of system a integration project,the optimization scheme design of schedule management of system a integration project is completed from the aspects of project organization management optimization,improvement of project schedule management,improvement of project schedule control management,enhancement of equipment supplier management and improvement of professional and technical strength of the team.Through the optimized implementation of the schedule management scheme of system a integration project,the key influencing factors are identified,the project time management,communication management and change control management are organically combined,a systematic schedule management solution is formulated,and the implementation process of the solution is carefully organized for practical application.Finally,the unfavorable situation of backward progress in the early stage of the project was reversed,and the project was completed within the original required construction period. |
