With the rapid boost in information technology development and application, requirement for system integration is growing rapidly in enterprises and the society nowadays. The increasing complexity and growing scale of information system integration project requires more effective and systematic methods to ensure management success, which is the foundation of overall development of this industry. However, there has not been a complete and effective system for information system integration project management in China so far. Problems like over-cost and overdue are still common in latest cases, which have been a great drawback in the management and development of this industry.This paper firstly analyses the basic knowledge of project management and system integration project concept, the project management in the application trend of system integration project, and analyzes the management life cycle and the process of the progress of system integration project, established the theoretical foundation for schedule management system integration project. Then in the third chapter, according to the WY system integration project specific analysis, describes the WY system integration project design, background and general situation, analyzes the main problems existing in the WY system integration project schedule management, including project planning, project members unreasonable complex, schedule execution, project scope control in the process of project weak, ineffective communication problems were particularly serious. According to the schedule management in the third chapter, the project schedule management brand, designing a new project schedule, and determine the critical path of the project schedule, project schedule analysis. Then by setting the project organization, project schedule plan management and project scope change control and management method, strengthen project communication management and a series of measures, to solve the WY system integration project schedule management problems.Finally, through the study on the schedule management plan of the implementation, the system integration of WY project schedule constantly adjust and optimize, and carried on the evaluation to the optimization effect, in order to ensure the project schedule optimization. At the same time effect of project schedule management are analyzed, results show that the project schedule management integration project of WY system effectively.
