Nowadays,the trend of globalization and international division of labor is becoming more and more obvious,and the Internet and digitization are also changing people's lives dramatically.At the same time,the Internet and digitization have promoted the renewal and iteration of science and technology and the transformation of people's thinking mode.Under such circumstances,transformation has become the only way for enterprises to maintain their core competitiveness,and innovative talents who promote transformation have become the hottest human resources in the market.As one of the largest health technology companies in the world,Company F officially divested its lighting business from July 1,2018,focusing on health technology.At present,it is stepping up the transformation from a simple equipment supplier role to a comprehensive solution provider.During the period of transformation,the satisfaction rate of various business groups and enabling functions to the recruitment of innovative talents tends to decline,and the dimensions of dissatisfaction are increasing.Hiring departments expressed dissatisfaction with the speed,quality and turnover rate of new hires,which urged the Human Resources department to re-visit the original recruitment system.This paper analyses in detail the characteristics of Company F's demand for innovative talents in the transformation period and the current situation of Company F's innovative talents recruitment system,and diagnoses the problems and shortcomings of Company F's existing innovative talents recruitment system.Based on the research of competency model and recruitment system,data are collected and collated to create and validate the competency model of Company F's innovative talents during the transformation period.In-depth study of Company F's existing recruitment team structure,recruitment process,recruitment channels,evaluation tools,etc.,to find solutions to optimize the existing recruitment system.The ideas and objectives of optimization,principles,contents,expected effects and safeguards of optimization are discussed in detail.Thus,from the perspective of innovative talent recruitment,Company F can select and recruit more effectively,and provide strong human resources support for Company F's strategic transformation.
