Z company need to optimize the existing business model in order to meet the requirements of the rapid changes in the Internet era,win in the fierce competition in the new three board financial services industry,achieve corporate vision of being a leading brand of financial services.The main contents and achievements of this paper include:(1)This topic analyzed development status of financial service enterprises oriented to the new three boards systematically,this paper summarizes and analyzes the problems of its existing business model systematically with the commercial model canvas analysis framework proposed by Alexander Osterwalder,and point out the necessity,the direction of improvement and the key point of optimization of business model for Z company.(2)This paper optimizes business model of Z company with the theory of Twosided markets and business model of platform.The main contents of the optimization include: 1)Optimize core value proposition of Z company and form differentiation.2)Optimize the customer segmentation,hierarchical manage the customer value.3)Enhance the customer experience,build financial steward service.4)Strengthen the core resources,build credit assessment database of enterprise.5)Focus on top institutions,strengthen strategic cooperation.6)Broaden the source of income,optimize the cost structure.(3)This paper introduces the SWOT(Advantages,Disadvantages,Opportunities,Threats)analysis framework to evaluate the new optimized business model.The evaluation results show that the new business model has obvious advantages,great opportunities,and less disadvantages and threats.(4)It makes recommendations to protect the implementation effect of the new business model from the aspects of implementation goals,plans and key implementation strategies etc.Through the study of this topic,it will not only play an important role in reshaping the value proposition of Z company,expand the source of income,enhance the brand value,build the competitive advantage,build core competitive strength,but also point out the direction for strategic planning and business layout of Z company in future,which has important practical application value.At the same time,the research results of this topic can also provide reference for the practice of the business model of platform of financial service industry for the new three-plate.It has certain theoretical value because it can provide reference for supporting the system construction and strengthening the government supervision for China's multi-level capital market.
