Study On Problems And Countermeasure Of Giving Priority To The Development Of Public Transportation In Hengshui

Under the overlapping pressure of urbanization and motorization,the demand for transportation rises sharply,coupled with the problems of limited natural resources and solidified road structure,the contradiction between traffic supply and demand becomes increasingly prominent,which seriously affects the improvement of residents' living environment and the improvement of urban appearance,and troubles the sustainable development of economic society.In view of these problems,urban public transport has incomparable advantages in improving transport efficiency,easing congestion,reducing consumption and reducing emission,etc.,and implementing the priority development of public transport has become a consensus and an inevitable trend in the process of promoting urbanization.Paper adopts literature analysis,case analysis,empirical research methods to study on the urban evolution theory,growth pole nuclear theory,bus priority theory as the basis,relevant concepts,theoretical relations and realistic significance,on the basis of the evolution of the city and public transport,promote each other,mutual support,public transport priority development can promote the multi-level development of the city as a whole,and highlight the traffic location advantage.Paper first studied the hengshui city public transport development status,the main measures to develop urban public transportation summarized hengshui,and through a lot of data analysis and field survey hengshui city public transportation development is the lack of terminal construction,the application of new energy electric insufficient degree and security facilities,theory-oriented level and service level is not high enough.According to the overall idea of finding problems,analyzing reasons and proposing solutions,this paper analyzes the deep reasons behind the problems from four aspects of service consciousness,management system,construction resources and guarantee mechanism.Contrast analysis of the causes,from enhance the understanding of the public transport priority development,perfecting the supporting system,the implementation of the base and the supporting system construction,improve the fiscal subsidy mechanism one by one,propose solving the countermeasure measure,four perspectives for hengshui city public transport priority development strategy,build a green,environmental protection,convenient and comfortable for hengshui modern city public traffic system provides a feasible ideas and solutions,and for our economic and social development level and other similar city public transit system provides referential.
