Since the Northern China entered the heating season,the air haze weather frequent,air pollution is serious,haze weather has seriously affected people's normal life,people turn pale at the mention of talking about haze.The problem of air pollution needs to be solved.At present,the coal-fired boiler heating mode in the northern region consumes a lot of energy,but also emits a large number of air pollutants such as exhaust gas,dust,small solid particles,which is undoubtedly behind the emergence of air haze.Therefore,in order to reduce the impact of heating on the air haze in the north,the government and the environmental protection department issued a series of policies and programs to encourage users to replace the traditional coal-fired boiler heating mode with electric energy heating mode.Driven by the government's favorable policies of coal to electricity support and subsidies,the coal to electricity market has grown rapidly,with an annual market volume of tens to hundreds of billions.A large number of air-conditioning equipment enterprises have rushed into the coal to electricity market.The air conditioning department of HE companyactively responded to the national policy call and began to enter the coal to electricity industry.The air conditioning department of HE companyrealized for the first time that the survival and growth of the enterprise in the fierce market environment of coal to electricity transformation cannot be separated from the important competitive soft power of human resources.However,the existing recruitment system of HE company can not meet the company's development needs,so improving a recruitment system that can support the company's coal to electricity market business development has become one of the company's current important work.Firstly,this paper analyzes the characteristics of coal to electricity marketing personnel demand and the current situation of recruitment system of the air conditioning department of HE company,and distinguishes and diagnoses the existing problems,defects and deficiencies of the existing recruitment system of the air conditioning department of HE company.Secondly,based on the research of competency model and recruitment system,collect and sort out the data,build and verify the competency model of the air conditioning department of HE company coal to electricity marketing personnel.Finally,we will explore the existing recruitment team framework,recruitment implementation process,recruitment application channels,evaluation implementation tools,etc.of the air conditioning department of HE company,and find solutions to improve the existing recruitment system.In addition,it discusses in detail the ideas and objectives,principles,contents,expected effects and guarantee measures of improvement.Thus,from the perspective of coal to electricity marketing personnel recruitment,it can more efficiently select and employ talents for the air conditioning department of HE company,and provide strong human resources support for the strategic transformation of the air conditioning department of HE company.
