The wave of economic globalization in the 21 st century makes China's food industry accept more stringent standards and more complex world-class standards to fit itself into the international market.China has been paying more and more attention to the safety of food quality.The introduction of various laws and regulations one this food quality and safety ensures the stability and development this domain in China,and lays a good foundation for food internationalization.Therefore,the research on the improvement of food quality management is also extremely important.It is not only conducive to improving the competitiveness of enterprises,but also to improving the level of national food health and safety industry.Under the trend of development on industrial Network,the state calls on traditional manufacturing industry to carry out industrial transformation and upgrade in combination with the Internet.As a quality management to maintain the life of enterprises,it plays a crucial role in the process of industrial upgrading.In this context,the demand for quality management improvement is more and more urgent.Only by improving the quality management can we adapt to the development of enterprises and industries,and adapt to the changes of end customer's needs.First of all,the quality management system,control methods and management methods of HAP food company are sorted out and elaborated.Secondly,the current situation of quality management in HAP food company is analyzed from the aspects of human,machine,material,method and environment,and the specific reasons are explored.The current quality problems and management methods of HAP food company are analyzed in detail,including weak quality awareness of personnel,low level of equipment inspection,high and low yield,chaotic process flow,and excessive bacteria and so on.Third,the improvement measures are formulated respectively through true cause analysis,such as setting up quality gate to implement the quality management responsibility,introducing advanced testing equipments,taking input management as the breakthrough point to improve the yield,standardization and process improvement.Finally,the improvement measures are summarized and analyzed.On the basis of the improvement,the improvement experience is summarized and the deficiencies in the improvement process are analyzed.
