In order to better perform the functions of financial institutions as local agricultural policy banks,promote the high-quality business development of banks,constantly improve the scientific,standardized and refined level of human resources work,fully stimulate the initiative of employees,mobilize the enthusiasm of employees,give full play to the creativity of employees,enhance the recognition of employees on corporate cultural value,improve the service level and quality of policy banks,and improve the management level and core competitiveness of banks,The Agricultural Development Bank of China Tianshui branch(hereinafter referred to as The Agricultural Development Bank of China Tianshui branch)must optimize and improve the current performance management plan of employees of Tianshui branch of Agricultural Development Bank of China,analyze the needs of each position,match the positions according to the characteristics of employees' own abilities,maximize the strengths and potential of all employees,and better connect with the bank's high-quality development.Through the participation of all employees in performance management,further optimize organizational management and improve personnel management.This paper takes the improvement solution of employee performance management in The Agricultural Development Bank of China Tianshui branch as the research subject,according to the relevant theory of performance management,using the method of questionnaire,investigates and analyzes the current situation and problems of performance management of Tianshui branch of Agricultural Development Bank of China,and finds out the causes of the problems.On this basis,combined with the reality of the current human resources reform of The Agricultural Development Bank of China Tianshui branch,from the four aspects of performance plan,performance evaluation index,performance feedback and application of performance evaluation results,this paper puts forward the improvement scheme of performance management of The Agricultural Development Bank of China Tianshui branch,starting from performance plan,continuously optimizes the performance evaluation index system,and focuses on strengthening the performance feedback work The use of performance management,more reasonable and effective to achieve good use of performance results,to establish performance management as the core of human resources management mechanism.
