Company D is an old brand state-owned enterprise established in the early 19 th century.With the development of the company,the product scale and market are expanding,the external economic environment is changing,and uncertain factors are increasing.In the process of development,the existing organizational structure can no longer adapt to the enterprise.The development and growth of the organizational structure core execution capabilities,end execution,communication and collaboration,corporate culture influence and other aspects have been problems,the impact on the company is huge,directly leading to serious losses.This paper first expounds the research background and significance,introduces the background of the industry and the company,and explains the significance of conducting this research.By studying the basic theory of organizational structure change,combining with the development trend of organizational structure change and related cases,the necessity of organizational structure change is brought forward.Based on the analysis of the current situation of enterprises,we can clearly understand the real reasons why the organizational structure of enterprises needs to be changed,promote the change of organizational structure of enterprises,realize the reorganization of the original resources,division of authority,further optimization of functions,innovation of marketing mode and product research and development mode,and increase the training of enterprise talents.In order to ensure the successful implementation of organizational structure change,the resistance in the process of change is analyzed and the safeguard strategy is put forward,which forms a comprehensive demonstration system from the company background,research methods,theoretical basis,current situation analysis,reform implementation plan,safeguard strategy and so on.In terms of conclusions and prospects,this paper summarizes the analysis of organizational structure problems and organizational structure design,and can play a guiding role.At the same time,there are still some shortcomings in the workflow of new organizational structure and the design of auxiliary departments.Learning is rich and perfect.At present,the market environment at home and abroad is very severe,but the opportunities still exist,requiring enterprises to respond to changes in the market environment.Through the adjustment of the existing organizational structure and the integration of existing resources,a set of organizational structure system can be established after the reorganization of existing resources,which can meet the future development needs of the company,and also enable the enterprise to obtain greater competitiveness in the severe domestic and foreign environment.It enables enterprises to have greater competitiveness in the changeable market environment,to achieve the development of enterprises based on their advantages over the years,and to achieve a revival.
