With the gradual disappearance of China's demographic dividends and the continuous development of the social economy,in the past few years,it has experienced the characteristics of high turnover rate and difficulty in recruitment in Chinese labor market,especially for the front-line staff in manufacturing enterprises.Some manufacturing companies have high production costs due to excessive turnover of production front-line employees,and even worse,the failure to complete orders in time due to insufficient front-line employees.It is an important issue to reduce the high turnover rate of front-line employees and keep the stability of the company's workforce,which also urgently needs to be solved by the human resources in manufacturing enterprise.This paper takes the E-company's production of frontline employee turnover as the research object.Firstly,it introduces the research background,purpose and significance,research content method and research framework in the introduction part,which is used to illustrate the phenomenon of high leaving rate among the first-line employees in manufacturing companies.In such environment,it presents the E company's problems about front-line staff leaving through five cases in main body,which are: "the troubles of Manager Zhang of Human Resources Department","the adverse effects brought about by unrealistic rules and regulations","small Germans" and "slow-hearted wages".Those problems include front-line manager issue,rules and regulations issue,company culture issue,salary system issue,and employee promotion channels issue.Through the theory of human resource management,this paper analyzes and studies the above cases,paves the way for further solving the problem,and then gives five suggestions from different perspectives to solve the corresponding problems,and finally draws Analysis conclusion.
