Research On The Reform Of Mixed Ownership Of State-Owned Enterprises Based On The Theory Of Marxist Ownership

With the continuous advancement of the reform of state-owned enterprises in China,the reform of mixed ownership has entered the deep-water zone,but it still faces multiple contradictions and problems.This article takes Marxist ownership theory as the analytical framework,and Marx's property rights theory as the guidance,starting from the problems in the reform of mixed ownership,and on the basis of analyzing the reform results,the problems and practical explorations of state-owned enterprises to promote the reform of mixed ownership system.Difficulties in research and analysis,and then from the strengthening of party organizations to lead,improve the modern enterprise system,strengthen the supervision of state-owned assets,improve the reform environment,improve corporate governance mechanisms,prevent the loss of state-owned assets,and so on,put forward opinions and suggestions.
