The Study Of Internal Control System Optimization In The H Bank Hebei Branch

A sound and effective internal control system is conducive to the realization of commercial Banks’ strategic objectives and business objectives,the realization of long-term benefits,the assurance of the authenticity and accuracy of financial and management reports,the strengthening of compliance management,and the reduction of regulatory penalties,legal sanctions,major reputation risks and the probability of financial losses.It is of great significance for commercial Banks to strengthen the construction of internal control system.Based on the theory of internal control of commercial Banks,this paper USES the methods of investigation and interview,case analysis,etc.,to deeply analyze the internal control status of Hebei branch of bank H,find out the existing problems,and put forward the optimization plan of internal control system.This paper first elaborated the research background and significance of internal control system optimization of Hebei branch of H bank,and analyzed and studied relevant theories of internal control of commercial Banks,so as to make theoretical preparation for internal control system optimization of Hebei branch of H bank.Secondly,the current situation of internal control in Hebei branch of H bank was systematically analyzed to find out the problems existing in internal control and carefully analyze the causes of the problems.Again,on the basis of an analysis of the serious problems,on the basis of building a good internal control environment,a comprehensive risk identification as the prerequisite,a sound internal control activities as the core,the smooth flow of information and communication to support,effective internal supervision for protection as the guiding ideology,to develop the H line Hebei branch of the internal control system optimization scheme.Finally,the implementation of internal control optimization scheme of Hebei branch of H bank is guaranteed from four aspects.The optimization of the internal control system of Hebei branch of H bank will help improve the internal management level of Hebei branch of H bank,enhance the effectiveness of internal control,and ensure the orderly and steady development of various businesses.
