The performance management in Chinese enterprises is undergoing improvement.The manager has realized that the establishment of the performance management system is urgent and significant.Although they have many problems in performance management,for example,the idea drops behinds theory development,the basis of performance management is very weak,performance valuation is not scientific and so on.As a theoretical analysis,this paper analyzed HY Construction Firm as an example,how to set up a scientific system of performance management.This paper is based on performance management theory and related management theory,combing the current situation of performance management of HY company,the analysis summarized the existing problems of performance management of HY company,based on the proposed performance management strategy based on KPI corresponding.For the enterprise performance management to determine the target is very clear,at the same time,combined with the characteristics of the industry enterprises,to further establish and perfect the classification of KPI,and puts forward three layers of the KPI index system has practical application value: first,enterprise layer;the second layer,third layer,project manager;employees.New ideas for the future reform of construction enterprise performance management.
