Under the guidance of the information age,talents have gradually become the development power of enterprises.How to make an accurate assessment on the capabilities and contributions of employees in the enterprise becomes the key to management activities.As the core of human resource management,performance management can properly allocate talent resources and form effective incentives through assessment and communication,but also promote the enhancement of corporate cohesion and competitive advantages.As a large-scale construction company with many top national qualifications,S Construction Group Co.,Ltd.,has continuously expanded its business scale and enriched its business structure in the current stage of development and reform,and has gradually become a "leader" with strong strength.However,under the background of industry upgrading and enterprise adjustment,the enterprise is faced with more severe competition situation.The current performance management system of the company gradually exposes defects in contents and processes during the operation process.It cannot effectively manage the achievements and performance of the staff members in the organization and cannot provide the competitive advantage and shaping the strategic plan for the enterprise.For lasting support,optimization and improvement are urgently needed.This article carries on the detailed research on this target company's question based on the development status of the enterprise performance management work and investigation analysis on the present performance management system and uses the data to reflect the company's performance management system in the concrete detail the question.After clarifying the main issues,it discusses the causes resulting in these issues and develops target company performance management optimization plans accordingly.Under the premise of mastering the application of optimization design,KPI was chosen to further improve the performance management of S Construction Group Co.,Ltd.From the selection of assessment indicators,the construction of the system to the control of the process,the strengthening of communication and the application of results.Finally,the scientific performance of corporate performance management will be comprehensively promoted and the realization of strategic goals will be promoted as well.
