The new generation of employees has gradually become the backbone of enterprise development,which plays a very important role in enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises and achieving sustainable development.In the human resource management of enterprises,the enthusiasm and creativity of their work should be fully mobilized to stimulate the potential of employees.Therefore,it is necessary to formulate a reasonable and effective incentive system for the new generation of employees.The new generation of employees usually have their own distinct characteristics.They usually have strong motivation for achievement.They pay more attention to freedom,feedback and interpersonal relationships in their work.Therefore,in enterprise management,the establishment of more targeted incentive programs for the new generation of employees has attracted more and more attention of modern enterprise management,and also posed challenges to human resources management.Taking the new generation employees of XX Company as the research object,this paper introduces the basic situation of the company and the composition of the new generation employees.Through questionnaire survey and field survey,it systematically analyses the problems existing in the incentive of the new generation employees of XX Company.The main problems are: attaching importance to material incentives rather than spiritual incentives,lack of career planning,lack of individualized training,lack of challenging working environment and lack of work.Lack of flexibility in working mechanism.In view of these problems,combining theory and practice,this paper puts forward the optimization scheme of XX company's new generation staff incentive.This scheme optimizes the incentive mechanism of XX company,improves the satisfaction of the new generation employees,reduces the turnover rate of the new generation employees,creates more value for the company,and can also provide corresponding reference for other similar enterprises.
