As an effective medium and long term incentive mechanism,equity incentive is a powerful tool for enterprises to be-family and an effective means to enhance their vitality.But when making to family-based,may encounter slow capital flow,valuation,employee contribution and so on stock in the difficult many difficulties,so how to combine the development strategy of the enterprise itself,under the background of to family-based reasonable introduction of equity incentive system,and achieve the desired effect,and is the key of the our country family enterprise internal reform and innovation.Since the introduction of the equity mechanism in 2010,country garden group has been divided into three stages: the first stage adopts welfare incentives to promote equity decentralization;the second stage introduces professional managers to motivate and constrain them;the third stage changes the centralized management and continuously improves the equity incentive system.In the three stages,continuous innovation and improvement were carried out according to the enterprise stage strategy.After 2015,the family elimination was basically completed.This paper studies the implementation of the equity incentive system of guiyuan group against the background of its defamily.By looking at country garden 2010-2018 annual report data integration,using the case analysis and normative analysis to the process of country garden to family-based introduced three specific stage of equity incentive system is analyzed,using quantitative analysis method,to observe the traditional four dimensions of financial ability in the key indicators of change trend,combined with the equity incentive system,enterprise strategy and external market environment change,causes analysis of inflection point,comprehensive analysis of equity incentive system influence on country garden's financial performance,and study the feasibility of the traditional financial index as an evaluation scale;In order to make up for the disadvantages of traditional financial indicators,the introduction of economic value added(EVA)innovation was used for supplementary evaluation,and the evaluation effect was compared with that of traditional indicators.The data of some representative enterprises in the same industry were collected for horizontal comparative analysis.Through the introduction of equity incentive system after the non-financial changes of country garden supplementary evaluation.The research conclusions of this paper are as follows: first,under the background of family elimination,country garden has succeeded in the three stages of introducing the equity incentive system.Although there are certain operational risks,there are positive reactions in the traditional financial indicators,EVA economic added value,market share and professional team building.Second,when evaluating the effect of the introduction of the equity incentive system,traditional financial indicators are subject to more restrictions,and the evaluation effect is not objective enough.EVA,as a more scientific evaluation scale,more truly reflects the changes in the performance and shareholder wealth of enterprises.Thirdly,based on the above analysis,three Suggestions are put forward to improve the evaluation system,expand the incentive object,and improve the incentive and restraint mechanism for the equity incentive system,so as to provide reference and reference value for the internal reform of family enterprises.
