The purpose of business performance assessment is to evaluate the development and operation of the enterprise through relevant indicators,so that the government,creditors,shareholders and other stakeholders can understand the production and operation of the enterprise,and realize the incentive and constraint on the business operators.The state-owned enterprises are the leading force of our national economy.The establishment of a perfect performance appraisal system of state-owned enterprises is not only conducive to strengthening the supervision of state-owned assets,developing the state-owned economy,but also conducive to promoting the reform and development of state-owned enterprises,improving the management level and market competitiveness.According to the characteristics of business performance appraisal,balanced scorecard and key performance index,this paper compares and analyzes the actual situation and corporate strategy of ZY Company's business performance appraisal system,and summarizes various problems in ZY Company's business performance appraisal system through questionnaire survey and interview survey.According to the existing problems,according to the business sector of the subordinate companies,through the classification of the business performance assessment indicators,starting with the general indicators based on general adaptability and the classification assessment indicators based on the characteristics of different sectors,a business performance assessment system suitable for the development characteristics of ZY Company is established,so as to deepen the concept of Balanced Scorecard into the company's finance,customers and internal operation The general indicators established by the combination of learning and growth and the company's development strategy focus on the selection and setting of non-financial indicators,and strengthen the closeness of the relationship between financial indicators,non-financial indicators and the company's business performance evaluation;based on the concept of key performance evaluation indicators,according to the actual industry characteristics of the subordinate companies,and in accordance with the industry of different formats,select the unique examination suitable for their own industry characteristics As a supplement to the basic indicators,nuclear indicators constitute the enterprise performance evaluation system.In addition,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the performance management system of ZY company,which introduces scorecard,some specific safeguard measures are put forward.
