Research On Overwork Of Employees In Chinese Internet Companies

With the rapid development of information technology,the Internet has gradually grown into the main driving force of China's economic growth.Although China's Internet has made great achievements,but its head has been shrouded in the shadow of "overwork".Long-term overwork and frequent sudden death have seriously restricted the development of China's Internet industry.Therefore,in order to the physical and mental health of Internet enterprise employees,the sound development of the Internet industry and the sustained and healthy growth of China's economy,it is urgent to explore the current situation of excessive labor of Internet enterprise employees in China and put forward practical solutions.In this paper,we use the method of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and abstract analysis.On the basis of consulting the literature on overwork,a questionnaire on the overwork of Internet employees in China was developed.Based on the questionnaire,the employees of Internet enterprises in south China were surveyed by network survey.According to the results of the survey,the average overwork score of the employees of the Internet enterprises surveyed is 3.85,among which 18.64% have no overwork,21.01% have mild overwork,29.59% have overwork,and 30.77% have heavy overwork.The Internet enterprise serious overwork phenomenon,will bring a series of bad effects to the country,the enterprise and the individual.First of all,excessive labor will not only crowd out jobs and aggravate unemployment,which is not conducive to the growth of consumption and the supply of labor force,but also lead to the disharmonious labor relations and affect social stability,which will eventually affect the sustained and healthy development of the national economy.Secondly,excessive labor is not conducive to the long-term development of the enterprise,and finally damages the economic interests of the enterprise.Finally,overwork not only damages the physical health of workers,but also deprives them of the freedom to meet their spiritual and social needs,which is not conducive to their all-round development.The fundamental reason why China's Internet industry has such a serious phenomenon of excessive labor is that the existence of private ownership makes labor alienated.In addition,the labor security supervision is not in place,the labor standard legal system is not perfect,the industry competition is huge and the active choice driven by the interests of employees is also the cause of this phenomenon.In this regard,we must thoroughly solve the problem of excessive labor,adhere to the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and develop the productive forces to eliminate private ownership as soon as possible.Thoroughly solve the problem of excessive labor is not the work of extreme danger,but in order to reduce labor pain,from improving the labor security supervision system,improve the labor standards law,set up the people-oriented scientific management concept,advocating to set up the reasonable money and labor,and strengthen the consciousness of health care and health five aspects to improve and alleviate the Internet enterprise staff excessive labor problems.
