China, one of the countries which have the fastest economic development in the world, since the new China was founded in 1949,has gained rapid economic development and achieved some remarkable success, thus becomes the biggest developing countries. However, with the fast economy growth, the public is facing growing pressure and serious body and mind exhaust. In recent years, with the development of technology, more and more cases about “death from overwork” have been disclosed by TV media and some new media, and gradually come into the public views and become one of the heat topics, which shows from another aspect, overwork has been fairly common in our country and brought very serious negative impact on employees' physical and mental health. It is against this background that the thesis conducts a systematic and comprehensive analysis of the influencing factors of labor overwork through literature research methods, comparative research methods, interdisciplinary research methods, and empirical research methods.First, the design principle of the questionnaire was introduced and theoretical assumptions were made on the factors of overwork.Secondly,SPSS software was used to test the validity of the questionnaire and use the single factor analysis method to verify the assumptions made in the previous article. The meta-logistic regression model further validates relevant factors and finally concludes that gender, age, education level, and the nature of the unit in which workers are working have a certain influence on the choice of overwork for laborers. And try to put forward relevant suggestions from the national level, the enterprise level and the individual level of the laborers.
