With the development of the Internet industry,the Internet has penetrated into all aspects of people's lives and jobs.For Internet enterprises and their employees,this has brought them both good development opportunities and greater work pressure.The problem of excessive labor is more prominent in Internet enterprises.Under this background,this paper will focus on the "overwork" of some Internet workers in Beijing,from the perspective of society and enterprises.This paper probes into the influencing factors and forming mechanism of internet enterprise employees' overwork in three aspects,and puts forward some reasonable suggestions for these reasons.This research consists of six chapters: chapter 1,mainly introduces the research background,research significance,research methods,research purposes and research content;chapter 2,overwork related concepts and domestic and foreign research status to comb,In chapter 3,the author summarizes the relevant theories of overwork research,including the theory of job requirements and resources,the theory of push-pull,the theory of labor utility,and so on,which provides the theoretical basis for this study.At the same time,this chapter will summarize the characteristics and individual characteristics of Internet employees.Chapter 4,the empirical study of Internet enterprise employees "overwork" is also the focus of the study,starting with empirical data,Using the SPSS statistical analysis software to sum up the degree of overwork of Internet enterprise employees at present,and through regression analysis to clarify the influencing factors and the influence degree of each factor which leads to the overwork of Internet enterprise employees.The results show that 86.7% of the employees in Internet enterprises are overworked to varying degrees,and 58% of them are overworked in red-light and deep red-light areas,which is much higher than the degree of overwork of knowledge workers and employees of the whole industry studied by scholars before.Chapter 5,on the basis of the above analysis and research,puts forward a countermeasure system to alleviate the "overwork" of Internet enterprise employees from three aspects: society,enterprises and employees.Chapter 6,concluding remarks,To sum up the research conclusions and deficiencies of this study.
