Research On The Model And Functions Of Farmers Cooperatives In Shuangyashan City Heilongjiang Province

Based on the actual development of farmers' cooperatives in Shuangyashan City,Heilongjiang Province,this paper collects data by designing questionnaire and field investigation,constructs evaluation index system,analyzes the degree of function realization of three development modes of farmers' cooperatives in Shuangyashan City by AHP,and finally puts forward the development countermeasures and suggestions.Shuangyashan City of Heilongjiang Province is an important grain producing area in China and an important commodity grain base in Heilongjiang Province,and farmers' cooperative is an important part of the main body of new agricultural production and management in this area.With the development of agricultural economy,farmers' cooperatives in Shuangyashan area are also developing rapidly,but due to the small scale of farmers' cooperatives as a whole and the limited level of their own management,there is a problem that the farmers' cooperatives in Shuangyashan City of Heilongjiang Province have not strong degree of functional realization in the process of development.Based on the actual development of farmers' cooperatives in Shuangyashan City,Heilongjiang Province,this paper collects data by designing questionnaire and field investigation,constructs evaluation index system,analyzes the degree of function realization of three development modes of farmers' cooperatives in Shuangyashan City by AHP,and finally puts forward the development countermeasures and suggestions.First of all,the present situation of farmers' cooperatives in Shuangyashan City is expounded from the aspects of the general situation of agricultural development in Shuangyashan City,the development scale of farmers' cooperatives,and the development mode of farmers' cooperatives.Secondly,according to the research results of farmers' cooperative function at home and abroad,the evaluation index system is constructed.By designing the questionnaire and using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to analyze the effective data obtained by the survey,the results show that the function realization degree ofthe three development models of farmers' cooperatives is not high,both in the economic function and radiation-driven ability performance is insufficient,in the social service performance is better,indicating that most farmers' cooperatives function is not fully played.The degree of realization of the function of leading enterprise-driven farmers' cooperatives in brand building and their own management level is better,which shows that the brand effect and management mechanism of enterprises themselves are good for farmers' cooperatives Development has a catalytic effect.The intermediate organization-led farmers' cooperatives have achieved a good degree of technical extension and training function,which shows that the professional associations and grass-roots village organizations as intermediate organizations give full play to their influence and provide more perfect technical extension and training among farmers,which really plays a guiding role.The overall function realization degree of farmers' cooperatives driven by large farmers is poor,which shows that farmers' cooperatives in this model have great disadvantages in technology,talents,funds and resources.Finally,according to the research results,the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of farmers' cooperatives in Shuangyashan City are put forward.It includes increasing the investment of funds,moderately expanding the scale of farmers' cooperatives,prolonging the industrial chain of cooperatives and establishing brand awareness,promoting the construction of demonstration cooperatives in depth and promoting the enthusiasm of farmers to participate,cultivating cooperative professionals and strengthening the popularization of agricultural technology,and perfecting the management mechanism of farmers' cooperatives.
