With the rapid development of China's economy,domestic manufacturing has become the world's first factory,and many small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises have also entered a rapid expansion mode.Similarly,market competition is becoming increasingly fierce,and companies must demand new changes.Only by improving products and continuously introducing innovative products that meet customer expectations can they survive in such a fierce market competition.Therefore,for any company that hopes for a long-term foundation,new product development is particularly important for its survival and development.Efficient and reasonable new product development management can ensure the smooth development of new product development,achieve the objectives of improving customer satisfaction,shortening the development cycle,and effectively controlling development costs,etc.,and help managers make scientific and reasonable decisions,thereby enabling enterprises to obtain more Good development.This article takes Shenzhen Lamplic Technology Co.,Ltd as the research object,and focuses on its new product development management.First,introduce the company,organizational structure,and current status of new product development management.Secondly,the problems of new product development management are analyzed.The main problems are: high cost of new product development,long development cycle and low customer satisfaction.Third,the diagnosis and analysis of the reasons for the company's new product development management problems are mainly due to: during the demonstration phase of new product development management,user needs have not been fully considered,product positioning,and information transmission is not smooth;at the program review stage,No regular review and low technical management standards;no clear development plan and implementation process during the development phase;repeated proofing and lack of parallel engineering during the prototype verification phase;and unreasonable resource allocation during the listing phase.Then,based on the new productdevelopment management theory and PACE theory,specific improvement strategies are proposed for the stages of demonstration,scheme review,development,prototype verification,and market launch of new product development management.Finally,the improvement strategy is effectively implemented,and specific safeguard measures are proposed.The improvement of new product development management is a tedious,specific,and difficult project.At present,most small and medium-sized product development enterprises in China are still in the process of exploration and improvement.Therefore,based on the scientific new product development management theory and PACE theory,this article formulates an improved strategy for new product development management for Lamplic,which not only improves the company's new product development efficiency and makes new products more able to meet market demand,but also It provides reference and reference for new product development management of Chinese small and medium-sized R & D enterprises.
