At present,the tourism industry has become a strategic pillar industry of our national economy.China is speeding up the transformation of the tourism industry and promoting the construction of tourism destinations,to promote the regional economic development and achieve the overall promotion of the national economy.In order to conform to the market trend and respond to the upper policy,Taishan Government proposed to coordinate the construction of tourism destinations with the " all-area tourism" strategy in 2015.Tourism industry is a comprehensive industry.The development of all-area tourism involves a number of functional departments.Strengthening the cross-sectoral cooperation of the government and coordinating the management of the tourism industry can ensure the healthy and sustainable development of the tourism industry.Under the background of national development of all-area tourism,this paper uses case study method and interview method to analyze the current situation of cross-sectoral cooperation of Taishan Government in all-area tourism,finds out the existing problems,and explores the effective ways to promote cross-sectoral cooperation.Meanwhile,it provides suggestions for Taishan government to improve the level of cross-sectoral cooperation,so as to promote the development of all-area tourism.Through a series of analysis,combined with the actual situation of cross-sectoral cooperation of Taishan Government,this paper puts forward the optimization measures of cross-sectoral cooperation of Taishan government,which including: first,strengthen the interpretation of laws and regulations and administration of departments according to law;second,build and improve the cooperation system;third,enhance the ability of collaborators and their staff;fourth,optimize the establishment of institutions and the allocation of personnel funds;fifth,strengthen the supervision power of the third party.
