| Company A is an important state-owned platform in Hangzhou DT District.It serves the investment promotion of DT District,the preservation and appreciation of state-owned assets,and the transformation of DT District.The main business covers first-class land development,construction and development,fund investment and property management.Company A mainly realizes the preservation and appreciation of assets through property investment and asset investment,and serves the economic and social development of DT District.First-class land development is an important way to attract investment and maintain and increase the value of A company’s property,through the land development and consolidation of old property and inefficient land,it can improve the layout of enterprise property blocks,meet the needs of industrial investment and layout,and achieve land development benefits;At the same time,to improve the urban transformation of DT District,optimize the supporting facilities of the city,improve the living standards of residents and improve the commercial quality of the city.At present,the capital input cost of the first-class land development projects is continuously increasing.The capital investment of medium-sized projects is generally over 1 billion yuan,and the large-scale projects are even over 10 billion yuan.The estimated investment of CX projects is about 3 billion yuan,and the area is over 350 mu,which is the historical investment amount of company A,also the largest volume of projects;it is of great significance to manage and control theprogress of the project to ensure the project is achieved,to control the financial costs of the project,and to achieve economic and social benefits.With the continuous advancement of the first-class land development work,the development from the agricultural land consolidation and development to the old communities and industrial markets;the standardization of development work,the relocation of work information,and the relocation of objects(history is more and more complicated)the uncertainty of policies and relocation targets is constantly increasing.In view of the fact that Company A has not yet established a project management system for the first-class land development project,based on the urgency of time schedule management in project management,this paper attempts to use the project time management theory to conduct time management application research on A company CX project.This paper first introduces the domestic and international project time management theory and the first-class land development related research,introduces the project time management process and method,and studies the research status of the first-class land development management.Secondly,through the analysis of the situation of Company A,the specific situation of CX project and the status of management,to realize the CX project of Company A.And then through using the project time management technology method such as WBS task decomposition method,PERT,using Project2010 project management software,to time management application of CX project.Then,the schedule control study of the CX project is carried out through the time management schedule control method,Studying of personality traits were analyzed.Finally,the whole application research process is summarized and forecasted.It is believed that the project time management theory can improve the development progress and controllability of the CX project,and it is expected to continuously improve the application research system of the first-class land development time management through more project application.Provide reference for similar projects. |
