The economy of china begins to slow down,under the background,it is necessary for excellent enterprises to regard "people" as the primary concern.More and more enterprises are enhancing talent reserve.A stable talent supply chain is a stable supply mechanism for the sustainable development of enterprises.Under the general trend,"Management talent reserve" has become the first choice for many enterprises to reserve talents.It is a talent reserve for enterprises to cultivate middle and high-level managers of enterprises.After selecting excellent personnel,how to motivate employees through management activities such as salary,performance,personnel training,and corporate culture,has become the problems which need enterprise to take into consideringCompany G is a retail-oriented company.Currently,it faces the constant innovation of the life status and the internal and external situation of fierce competition among talents in the industry.Therefore,cultivating and retaining an excellent talent team is crucial to the development of the company.Based on the features of management and the theory of incentives,take company G for example,this paper is going to study the company's incentive system.Firstly,on the basis of literature research,clarify the characteristics of management and the basic concepts related to the incentive system.Through the questionnaire to investigate the current situation of the incentive system of G Company management,it is found that the current incentive system has unreasonable salary system,excessive performance evaluation,unreasonable promotion channel of management,low quality of management,and less authorization and recognition.Based on the economic incentives and non-economic incentives contained in the incentive system,this paper proposes a new incentive system for G Company.From economic incentives level,reconstructs the compensation system and basic welfare policies and improves the current performance management system.From non-economic incentives level,including help employees to establish career planning,strengthen training for management talent reserve,strengthen tutor counseling and follow-up,open up the current promotion channels,strengthen the authorization of management talent.Finally,the implementation of the new system requires the leadership and middle and high-level managers to protect and escort.On the basis of creating an open communication atmosphere,a new plan for the selection of management talent reserve is proposed,which encourages the management talent,which hopefully can provide reference for more enterprises...
