A Study On Rural Anti-poverty In The Rocky Desertification Area Of Qujing City

Qujing rocky desertification area belongs to Yunnan Guangxi Guizhou rocky desertification area,which is one of the 14 extremely poor areas in China.This area involves 15 cities and 91 counties in provinces of Guangxi,Guizhou and Yunnan.Shizong County and Luoping County under the jurisdiction of Qujing City are among them.Poverty is not only a social problem but also an economic problem,which has always puzzled the progress of human society.There are complicated historical and realistic reasons for the emergence of poverty.At the same time,it is closely related to the natural and geographical conditions of a region and the social and human environment,which is more obvious in rural areas.This topic adopts the method of literature research,comparative research,case study and interview.First of all,starting from the description of rural poverty in the rocky desertification area of Qujing,combined with the economic development of Qujing City,this paper analyzes the deep-seated causes of poverty in this area.Then,combing the anti-poverty measures at the national level,the anti-poverty measures in Qujing City and the implementation of the policy measures,using Smith's process model to analyze the existing difficulties of policy practice in this area,and finally put forward the countermeasures and suggestions of Rural Anti-poverty in Qujing rocky desertification area.The innovation of this study lies in the lack of research on rural poverty in the rocky desertification area of Qujing in China at present.This paper studies the rural poverty,combined with the characteristics of the rocky desertification area,hoping to provide reference for the research on anti-poverty issues and the formulation of policy measures in similar areas.
