Research On Innovation Performance Evaluation Of Strategic Alliance Of Industrial Technology Innovation In Hubei Province

Accelerating the construction of Strategic Alliance of Industrial Technology Innovation(SAITI)is an important way to gather industrial technological innovation resources,improve industrial core competitiveness,and deepen the implementation of national technological innovation projects.In response to the requirements of the state.Hubei province gives full play to its own advantages in science and education resources,and strives to build a strategic alliance of industrial technological innovation.By 2018,Hubei province has established 52 SAITI.However,in recent years,the development of SAITI in Hubei province gets slow,and the growth rate of alliance is decreasing.In the face of the ever-changing market environment and changing science and technology,how to better play the role of SAITI is worth studying.By combining theoretical analysis with empirical research,this thesis studies the innovation performance evaluation of the SAITI in Hubei province by analyzing the theoretical basis of innovation performance evaluation of the strategic alliance of industrial technology innovation.Firstly,this thesis outlines the related theories of open innovation,strategic alliance of industrial technology innovation and evaluation of innovation performance;secondly,it constructs an evaluation index system including 4 first-level indicators,10 second-level indicators and 23 third-level indicators by using literature research,logical framework and expert consultation;thirdly,it draws a conclusion of Hubei Province by using G1 and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,through the evaluation results,the deficiencies in the development of SAITI in Hubei Province are analyzed,and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.Aiming at improving the innovation performance level of the SAITI in Hubei Province,this paper constructs a set of universal evaluation index system,and evaluates the innovation performance of the alliance of Hubei Province,which enriches the current research to a certain extent.
