Recently,with the rapid economic development of the domestic society,the overall income level of the residents also shows a steady upward trend,which makes the number and scale of the rich people increase,and more and more rich people are eager to achieve effective wealth management,which provides a broad space for the development of private banking business,while the rich people are also eager to achieve effective wealth management Become the key object of private banking business development.However,the emergence of private banking business in China is relatively slower than that in other regions,and there are many contradictions and defects in the process of development,such as the lack of innovation ability,product homogeneity,lack of supporting value-added services and related laws and regulations are not perfect.How to optimize China's private banking business and enhance its competitiveness has become an urgent problem in the current financial industry.In this paper,H bank's private banking business is the main research object.With the help of PEST model,SWOT tools and competitive strategy theory,combined with the actual development situation of H bank's private banking business,we find out the problems encountered in the selection of competitive strategy of H bank's private banking business.In many problems,we select several more important aspects for in-depth analysis,and formulate h bank's private banking business The specific strategic choice for the development of banking business,so as to promote the further development of private banking business of bank H.There are many drawbacks and defects in the development strategy of H bank's private banking business.The author divides it into the following five aspects: the deviation of strategic positioning in private banking business,the insufficient implementation of brand strategy in private banking business,the lack of differentiation strategy in products,the lack of talents in strategic implementation,and the failure to implement differentiation service strategy.Therefore,in the process of developing private banking business,H bank should adopt differentiated competitive strategy to solve the above problems,take differentiated strategy as the guide,put forward corresponding suggestions for H bank to realize differentiated strategy from product differentiation,service differentiation,personnel differentiation and image differentiation,and strengthen the innovation offinancial products in product differentiation In order to provide customers with differentiated financial products and services and realize the innovation of management methods,we should focus on improving brand awareness in image differentiation,and build a hierarchical service brand system to create a first-class and professional service brand by paying more attention to it.In terms of personnel differentiation,we should establish a high-quality bank talent team,cultivate and introduce excellent talents from both internal and external aspects,and improve the performance appraisal mechanism of the bank.In terms of service differentiation,we should establish and perfect differentiated service system,subdivide service objects through multi-level and multi-dimensional,improve service process,effectively integrate service resources,control service cost,and ultimately improve customer satisfaction.
