With the concept and mode of "Internet + finance" gradually gaining popularity,major banks gradually use the Internet and intelligent new technology to launch intelligent service robots,hoping to occupy the market and expand the relevant share.However,with the use of intelligent service robots,the pressure of bank employees is gradually increasing.Therefore,exploring the work pressure of bank employees under the AI environment plays an important role in the development of the banking industry.On the one hand,it can mobilize the enthusiasm of bank employees,on the other hand,it can optimize the use of intelligent service robots.In the process of research,this paper relies on the related concepts and theories of work pressure and bank employee pressure,and lays the foundation of this study through the description and analysis of the theory.In terms of research methods,this paper mainly adopts the methods of literature review,interview,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis.Through the questionnaire survey,relevant data are collected and analyzed by SPSS22.0.This study focuses on the impact of intelligent service robots on the work stress of employees in bank of JZ and stress management strategies.Taking the bank employees who have applied the intelligent service robot to handle business as the research object,under the guidance of domestic and foreign pressure sources and related theories of pressure management,this paper analyzes and studies the pressure situation of the bank employees facing the intelligent service robot and the impact of the intelligent service robot on their work pressure through questionnaire and interview,and then makes descriptive statistics on the pressure sources Through analysis,reliability and validity test,regression analysis and other methods,it is found that the application of intelligent service robot increases the work pressure of bank employees to a certain extent.Combined with the related theory of stress management,the paper makes the strategy suitable for JZ bank employees' work stress management,in order to help the bank to rationally treat the impact of intelligent service robots on bank services,and promote the establishment and improvement of JZ bank employees' stress management system.
