Nowadays,with the intensification of global market competition,rapid changes in customer demand and rapid iteration of technology,innovation is crucial for enterprises to gain competitive advantage.In recent years,intrapreneurship has gradually been regarded as an important means to promote innovation,so more and more attention has been paid to it.Employees' intrapreneurship behavior is important for enterprises to maintain competitiveness,but few scholars have studied intrapreneurship from the perspective of corporate culture.Corporate culture will fundamentally affect people's behavior and work attitude,and it is important to influence intrapreneurship.Therefore,this paper constructs a theoretical research model,choosing entrepreneurial opportunity identification as a mediating variable of corporate culture affecting intrapreneurship intention,and explores the relationship among corporate culture,entrepreneurial opportunity identification and intrapreneurship intention through empirical research.Based on the theory of social impact,this paper reviews the literature on corporate culture,entrepreneurial opportunity identification and intrapreneurship intention,and puts forward theoretical assumptions and measurement scales.By using the SPSS and AMOS software to analyze the data,the hypothesis put forward in this paper is tested.The results show that hierarchical corporate culture has no significant impact on entrepreneurial opportunity identification,clan,adhocracy and market corporate culture positively affects entrepreneurial opportunity identification,entrepreneurial opportunity identification positively affects intrapreneurship intention,hierarchical corporate culture negatively affects intrapreneurship intention,clan,adhocracy and market corporate culture positively affects intrapreneurship intention;The demographic variables are different in the perception of corporate culture,intrapreneurship intention and entrepreneurial opportunity.The possible innovation of this paper is to construct a framework to study entrepreneurship cognition from the perspective of culture,discuss the influence of corporate culture and entrepreneurship opportunity identification on intrapreneurship intention,and enrich the research content of existing corporate culture to a certain extent.In addition,among the pre-influencing factors of entrepreneurship intention,scholars mostly study entrepreneurship intention from the macro-perspective of national culture and micro-perspective of individual characteristics.Few scholars study entrepreneurship intention from the perspective of enterprises,which enriches the research content of entrepreneurship intention.According to the theoretical research,this paper finally puts forward the corresponding management suggestions,including consciously creating a cultural atmosphere in the early stage of the establishment of enterprises;actively remodeling corporate culture;attaching importance to the training of culture;making good use of the auxiliary methods of communication culture and so on.
